AMBERA DUQUESA HILLS: ALL-YEAR FREEHOLD APARTMENTS

Upon completion, the entire Ambera community of La Duquesa will comprise a total of 1,700 homes, with homeowners sharing their interests and hobbies with like-minded people.

Ambera Duquesa Hills’ first phase of construction will consist of 250 modern apartments, built to the same high standards that apply to all Ambera projects.

The apartments will have 2 or 3 bedrooms and vary in size from 70 to 95 m² of living space, all with their own storage room and some with a garage in the basement. Some of the apartments will also have private gardens, or wonderful roof terraces.

These unique homes maintain a high standard, with spacious floor plans in modern design. Here you will find kitchens with selected appliances, underfloor heating, approved fire safety standards, energy optimization certification, and digital solutions for smart houses. There are even parking spaces in the basement for electric golf carts and e-bikes, which enable easy transport in and around the area.

The apartments in Ambera Duquesa Hills are planned to be ready for occupancy during the second half of 2024.
