There are three things in particular that are important to note: Firstly, Ambera homes are located in gated areas and provide 24h security, which increases their value by simply being safer homes.

Secondly, Ambera’s concept for an active and social lifestyle will attract more tenants throughout the year and thus ensure a high rental rate.

Thirdly, all tenants will have access to all Ambera’s facilities and activities. They will not have to walk or travel far to have access to attractive offers. Collectively, these are elements that will both make your rental apartment more attractive as a rental property, and at the same time make it rise in value more quickly.

Apartments in Ambera Duquesa Marina are offered to individuals in the order defined by the reservation list. This list consists of both organizations, which have reserved a number of seats for their members, and individuals.

 

The reservation list follows a chronology based on when the individual made their reservation. So, when you make a reservation, you are behind those who have reserved earlier than you, but ahead of everyone who reserves after you.

You use your reservation at the sales start meeting. This is an event especially for those who have made reservations. Here, the apartments are first offered to the person with the earliest reservation, and then with the second earlieste etc. When it’s your turn, you simply state which apartment you want and it’s held for you.

 

If you find that you don’t want to use your reservation this time, you still keep your place on the reservation list. Not only that, but several people in front of you in the queue will probably have bought apartments, so you may also move up the list.

 

The sales start meeting for Ambera Duquesa Marina will be held on Wednesday 28 September, 17.00 – 20.00 in Christiania Qvartalet Meeting Center, Grev Wedels plass 7, in Oslo. How to buy an apartment

1.

Once you have held an apartment, the very first thing that happens is that you pay the reservation fee of € 6,000. If you have already paid a deposit, you will get this back now.

2.

Approximately 60 days after paying the reservation fee, you will receive the actual purchase contract for signing. At the same time, you pay 20 % of the purchase price incl. VAT, minus the € 6,000 you have already paid in reservation fees.

3.

Three months after signing the purchase contract, you pay 10% of the purchase price, incl. VAT.

4.

Six months after signing the purchase contract, you pay 20% of the purchase price, including VAT.

5.

Nine months after signing the purchase contract, you pay 10% of the purchase price, incl. VAT.

6.

Finally, when you get the keys and title deeds, the last 40 % of the purchase price is paid, incl. VAT – and the apartment is yours!
