How the reservation process will work, in short:
In the first building phase of Ambera Duquesa, we will launch a limited number of apartments with 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans.
People who reserve now will be given the right to choose an apartment first when the final sketches of the buildings and apartments are ready, and building permissions are available. Thereafter, the process will be handled by our Norwegian and Spanish colleagues in Ambera Spain.
When all building permissions are secured and the plans for all of the apartments and buildings are finalised, you will be offered a full-fledged sales contract – which you do not have to sign until you have found your dream apartment!
This process represents zero risk to you. As a part of securing your reservation, you must pay € 2.000 for the reservation itself, into a secure external client account with a Norwegian law firm. However, regardless of the reason, this money will be refunded to you in full in the event you decide you no longer wish to hold your reservation. You can read the reservation contract here before contacting us, if you wish.
Reservation Process, step-by-step:
- 1. Fill out the reservation form, and we will get in touch with you to talk about the reservation, to find out if anything at all is unclear to you, and to offer you any additional information you may need.
- 2. After this conversation, we send out an e-mail with an individual sales contract. This can be signed electronically, or by visiting our offices in Oslo. You can read the reservation contract here before contacting us, if you wish.
- 3. When the reservation contract has been signed by both parties, you will be able to pay your fully-refundable deposit for the reservation.
